Returns, Exchanges & Cancelations

On all returns and exchanges we must charge a 15% restocking fee in addition to the shipping and/or packaging costs to and from your destination. If you would like to exchange the item, we will credit or bill your account the difference upon verifying your original return and ship out the exchange by your preferred shipping method. In the event of a cancelation if your product is due to be shipped or on the shipping dock, a cancellation fee similar to the restocking fee in the amount of 15% will be charged.

Refunds

As soon as your return is received and verified to be in new or like-new condition, your refund will be issued. We will try to credit you via your original method of payment unless otherwise instructed. Normal credit card refunds typically take 2-3 business days. If this fails, we will issue a certified check to your billing address.
